Edwin Rajkumar
Podiatrist with particular interests in foot and ankle biomechanics, sports injury management and rehabilitation, who also provides comprehensive general and diabetic foot care.
Edwin graduated from Western Sydney University with a Bachelor of Podiatric Medicine. He has worked across a variety of multidisciplinary clinical settings alongside Chiropractors, Physiotherapists and other allied health professionals, gaining experience in the assessment and management of a wide range of foot and lower limb conditions.
With a keen interest in fitness, sport and active living, Edwin enjoys helping patients return to the activities they love. He has particular interests in foot and ankle biomechanics, sports injury management and rehabilitation, with experience treating conditions such as plantar heel pain, Achilles tendinopathy and a range of paediatric lower limb concerns including in-toeing, out-toeing and Sever’s disease.
Edwin also provides comprehensive general podiatry and diabetic foot care, including the treatment of corns, calluses, ingrown toenails, nail conditions and plantar warts. He is committed to delivering personalised, evidence-based care and believes that educating patients is an important part of achieving long-term results.
Edwin has completed further professional development in treatment techniques including Prolotherapy and Shockwave Therapy, which he incorporates into his clinical practice where appropriate.
Outside of work, Edwin enjoys training, spending time with friends and family, listening to music and continuing to build his knowledge in sports and musculoskeletal podiatry.
